Let’s take a look at “Raw Crunch Bars” and see if we found something healthy and tasty. This is a great treat if you want to eat healthier, but those cravings keep coming back to you. The name is the same as the kind of treat we are tasting. They mostly consists of raw seeds & nuts such as: Sesame, Pumpkin, & Flax seeds, Cashews, Macadamia, & Pecans. These bars prove that you can take away the sugar, artificial sweeteners, and still eat something that tastes good.

Goji Berry
Mango Coconut

I’ve tried all the flavors and can tell you the differences in taste are small, but there is a big difference in the bars I enjoy to those that are missing one or two ingredients the make the difference. Think of this like a chocolate chip cookie without the chips.

My two favorites are Dark Chocolate Cherry and Goji Berry.

All berries in general are very nutritious and good for any diet. Like other foods, it is best to eat in moderation so having a few berries in a snack bar is the perfect amount.

I enjoy the two variety bars mentioned above quite a bit as a snack, but for the other flavors they are OK at best in my opinion. Even though the flavors of the bars are not much different from each other, the chocolate and berries make a big difference in the overall taste.
